Backstage Escape Games - Christmas is Canceled

For Christmas is Canceled at Backstage Escape Games, Knabe Labs engineered a fully automated control system for a holiday adventure gone dark. The build ties polyphonic sound effects, DMX lighting, smoke, animatronics, and access control into one orchestrated show, with custom effects staged across the elf cabin, the workshop hub, and Krampus’s lair.

Working alongside the scenic team, we wired the effects directly into the set’s highly detailed environments so every element runs hands-free — and resets between sessions without a game master ever touching a prop.
